Why compromise between things,

We always loved
thinking about food.

While travelling all over the globe, we have gathered a lot of inspiration and realised the importance of knowing what we eat and the story behind it. We now understand how much is this concept missing in our country.

Truly fresh and carefully selected ingredients are essential to prepare meals that will satisfy all your senses. There is nothing better than eating fresh crunchy vegetables and smelling fresh coffee.

There are no illustration images at our Fresh Bistro. You get what you see.
We pack our meals in see-through packaging so that you can at least taste them with your eyes before buying. And you can take your time, as in an art gallery – there is no queue to push you while choosing your meals at our self-service bistro. Also, take the time to see the nutritional values and balanced structure of our meals, on which we have consulted a nutrition expert.

And since we think about food, its story and its origins, we also think of the planet that gives us these beautiful gifts. This is why we sell our goods in easily recyclable packaging, separate our waste right at the store, and all that is left over goes to our supplier in Seletice as fodder for animals.

We put quality ingredients and honest approach to food in everything that we make.

We carefully choose suppliers who think of food the same way that we do: making sure that it is natural and free of chemistry. From every vegetables bed to our choice of fish, we know where we are taking from and we handle our ingredients with love.

Our master chef makes juicy roast beef and our confectioners make delicate cheesecakes, cakes, mousses and a lot of other sweets every day.

We serve a breakfast and
a lunch menu every day. Everything is fresh And
available at any time you are hungry.

The breakfast menu offers you a broad range of fruits, several varieties of muesli and yogurt, and fresh home-made bakery products.

For lunch, you can choose from a variety of soups, filled tortillas and wraps, a broad range of salads including seasonal ones, and many various sandwiches, toasts, and baguettes made according to unique recipes inspired by global cuisine.

Our chef Marek Buk 
oversees the structure, preparation and uniqueness of O’Papa’s menus.

Following his studies in Switzerland, he travelled the world and gained a wealth of valuable experience, including one from the renowned five-star Prestonfield in Edinburgh and from the sails aboard the Ventura, one of the world’s largest boats.

As Marek puts it: “I spent most of my time in renowned restaurants both home and abroad, and the idea of fast food was not appealing to me at first. But I soon understood that we can push this concept forward and that even a fresh bistro can be done in a fair and healthy way, using fresh ingredients.”
